Public administration websites often contain many types of content: news, resolutions, notices, forms, service descriptions, unit information and contact details. Our task is to arrange them into an information architecture that does not require users to understand the internal structure of the office. In public-sector projects, accessibility is not an add-on but one of the main requirements. We take care of logical heading structure, contrast, clear form labels, keyboard support and proper behavior on mobile devices. Even at the content design stage, it is worth using plain language, clear user paths and formatting that helps people using assistive technologies.

A good public website must be maintainable without involving a developer for every change. That is why we design the editorial panel so that the team can publish announcements, create pages, update contact details and add files in a predictable process. Wagtail works especially well here because it combines flexible content types with control over visual consistency.

Public administration rarely starts from a blank page.
