FlexiWebP - macOS app for WebP and AVIF

FlexiWebP solves a concrete problem in website delivery: heavy photos, galleries and product graphics slow down loading, hurt UX and affect SEO and Core Web Vitals.

Instead of using manual online tools, users can drag files into a native macOS app, choose WebP or AVIF, set quality and export ready-to-use files. The whole process runs locally on the Mac.

See the FlexiWebP product website.

FlexiQR - QR code generator for macOS

FlexiQR shows how we approach small, standalone utility apps for macOS. This type of product should be fast, clear and focused on one main task: generating a QR code without unnecessary process.

The key priorities were interface simplicity, local desktop usage and preparing the product for App Store distribution.
