FlexiFest Festival app

We offer a mobile app for festivals that we adapt to the schedule, visual identity, venue map, sales model and communication flow of a specific organizer.

The app replaces a paper schedule, physical map and ticket-office queue. It runs on iOS and Android from one React Native + Expo codebase, reducing launch and maintenance costs compared with two separate native applications.

This is a product for organizers of festivals, open-air concerts and recurring events. The base version includes the key modules visitors need: schedule, artist profiles, personal plan, venue map, news, countdown and entry point to ticket sales.

Every implementation is tailored to the client: stages, event categories, visual style, languages, CMS, ticket store, payment methods, push communication and integrations with the organizer's existing systems.

Product

Base app modules

Schedule

Festival schedule

Browsing events by day and stage. One-tap filtering and a color-coded stage bar help visitors understand the schedule quickly.

Artists

Artist profile

Each artist can have a photo, bio, country, genre and Spotify or YouTube links, so visitors can check the music before the concert.

Plan

My Plan

Visitors build their own event schedule. They do not need to return to the full program and can keep track of the concerts that matter most to them.

Map

Interactive map

Stages, bars, toilets, first aid and parking areas are available on one screen. Tapping a marker shows details, while GPS helps users find their position in the venue.

Communication

News and countdown

The organizer can publish real-time announcements: schedule changes, weather information or surprises. The countdown builds anticipation before the festival starts.

Sales

Buy ticket

An integrated ticket store lets visitors move to purchase inside the app or directly to the sales system already used by the organizer.

Technology

Stack and possible integrations

Mobile

React Native + Expo

One codebase for iOS and Android shortens launch time and reduces maintenance cost. We adapt the app to the branding, schedule, map and event processes.

Commerce

Medusa.js

Headless commerce for tickets, passes, VIP packages, merchandise, discount codes and bundles such as ticket + accommodation or ticket + T-shirt.

CMS

Wagtail / Contentful / Sanity

The organizer can manage the schedule, artists and news independently. A concert time change can reach the app without a developer.

Push

Expo Notifications / OneSignal

Notifications for My Plan events, organizer alerts, time changes, gate closures or segmented messages for selected visitor groups.

Auth

Clerk / Supabase Auth

Apple or Google sign-in, tickets assigned to an account, purchase history, invoices and syncing the plan between devices.

Analytics

Mixpanel / PostHog

Data about artist popularity, abandoned paths and in-app behavior helps plan future editions and make better programming decisions.

Development

Adapting the product to the event

01

Event configuration

Schedule, stages and map

We adapt the app to the festival structure: days, stages, event categories, map points, stage colors, languages and artist presentation.

02

CMS and communication

Content without a developer

We can connect a CMS for schedule, artists and news plus push notifications for schedule changes, organizer alerts and selected visitor groups.

03

Sales and payments

Tickets, merch and QR

The app can connect to an existing ticket store or be extended with Medusa.js commerce: tickets, passes, VIP, merch, discounts, payments and QR scanning at the entrance.

04

Post-launch growth

Integrations and data

The product can grow with analytics, login, purchase history, streaming, calendar export, offline maps, marketing automations and external integrations.
